Every restoration begins with a thorough study of the property: its construction history, original materials, local craft techniques. This philological approach allows us to preserve the soul of the building while equipping it with every modern comfort.
We collaborate with specialist craftsmen in local stone, traditional plasterwork, timber carpentry and wrought ironwork. The result is a restoration that honours the past without denying the present.
For international clients purchasing property in Italy, we offer a complete restoration management service: from pre-purchase technical due diligence to final handover, with weekly reporting in Italian, English, German, French and Dutch.
New Builds and Construction
Building new villas and prestige residences requires the same respect for context that guides our restorations. Every new-build project is conceived in dialogue with the Italian landscape — its light, its materials, its building tradition.
We design contemporary villas that interpret the local architectural language without imitating it: clean volumes in local stone, corten steel, structural glass; gardens that integrate century-old olive trees and native species; pools and terraces designed as extensions of the landscape.
All our constructions comply with the Italian building code and current seismic and energy regulations. We manage the entire planning process: permits, land registry, sign-offs.
For clients operating remotely, we offer full on-site representation throughout the construction programme.
Interior Design and Fit-Out
The finishes define the identity of a residence. Our interior design service draws on Italian artisan tradition to create interiors that balance authenticity and contemporary comfort.
We design bespoke kitchens in stone, solid timber and brass; bathrooms clad in Carrara marble or Vietri majolica; floors in terracotta, travertine and Trani stone. Every element is sourced from Italian artisan suppliers with whom we have collaborated for decades.
The service includes spatial design, client coordination on material choices, supervision of installation and final quality control.
For international clients, we offer a remote material selection service: physical samples shipped directly to your home, video calls with our craftsmen, detailed technical sheets and quotations.
Garden and Landscape Design
An Italian garden is an extension of architecture: it must be designed with the same attention to materials, proportions and the history of the place. Our landscape team works with native Mediterranean species and traditional land-shaping techniques.
We create ornamental olive groves with century-old specimens, poolside terraces in local stone, formal Italian gardens, fruit gardens with vines, figs and citrus, gravel paths and travertine flagstones.
We manage the entire landscaping project cycle: from perimeter fencing to final planting, including irrigation systems, night lighting and drainage.
For holiday properties with limited owner presence throughout the year, we also offer a seasonal garden maintenance service.

The service includes: representation at all site meetings, weekly photographic and written reporting in your language, management of relationships with local surveyors, architects and engineers, payment supervision, supply coordination.
