Our story
Radici Edili was founded in 1981 in San Marco in Lamis, in the heart of the Gargano, by the artisan passion of Villani Luigi. With registration number 32631 on the Artisan Firms Register of the Province of Foggia, Luigi Villani began a professional journey that would span four decades of transformation in the Italian building sector.
During the 1980s and 1990s, the company established itself in the Foggia territory with an intense programme: restoration of historic masserie, residential construction, heating and hydraulic systems in buildings of every era. The ministerial certifications under Law 46/90 arrived progressively between 1993 and 1994, consolidating the reputation of a company that never settles for the minimum required.
The shift towards the international market came in the early 2000s, when the first foreign buyers — British, German, Dutch — began discovering the historic properties of Puglia. Radici Edili became the point of reference for those seeking a qualified, certified partner capable of managing an Italian building site to European standards.
Today the company operates across Italy — Puglia, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche — with a predominantly international clientele that appreciates the combination of authentic craft expertise and the ability to communicate in multiple languages. The headquarters remain in San Marco in Lamis; the roots remain those of 1981.
